We speak with Tracey Ramsey, the former NDP MP for Essex, about the pressure migrant workers are allegedly facing to sign away their movement rights. We also chat with Kareem Chehayeb, a journalist and researcher at the Beirut-based media organization, about the situation on-the-ground after the explosion. Then, we discuss the proposed bylaw in Niagara-on-the-Lake which could ban late-night ‘hooting, hollering, whistling and singing’ after 9 o’clock.
