    After a wire snapped causing a partial breakdown of the LRT, the city apologized and state they 'must do better'. Councillor Carol Anne Meehan says the LRT should NEVER have launched when they did. Lawyers are sounding the alarm about a change at Canadian airports, which gives US border officials more power. We also get an update from St. John's Newfoundland about the walloping of snow they're set to get.
