12 new criminal impaired driving offences in Niagara
The NRP have released the latest list of drivers charged with impaired driving offences.
The charges were laid between September 2nd to September 8th.
In addition to being charged, their licenses were suspended for 90 days.
The following people have been charged criminally with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 mgs or above of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, or refusing to provide a breath / blood sample.
