67 yr old retired Welland man wins $2M
A 67 year old retired man from Welland is celebrating a lottery win, but still in a state of shock.
Raymond Cupola says he is so shocked about his $2 million win in the September 21st ONTARIO 49 draw, he doesn’t know how he’ll spend it.
Raymond matched all six winning numbers to win the jackpot.
“I’m just overwhelmed,” said Raymond as he picked up his prize at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.
“It feels crazy to win!” added Raymond.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Thorold Road in Welland.
