At least 25 killed in California boat fire
More details are expected to come out later this morning after a tragic boat fire in California.
Around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, the US Coast Guard responded to the fire off the north shore of Santa Cruz Island.
Officials say a 75 foot commercial diving boat was fully engulfed in fire before emergency crews arrived.
The boat sank less than 4 hours later.
At least 25 people were killed, 9 others are missing and presumed dead.
Five crew members who had been sleeping on the top deck jumped to safety.
A media conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. PDT (1 p.m. EDT)
