Business future for retailer Le Chateau uncertain
Le Chateau says there is "significant doubt" it can stay in business.
The Canadian fashion retailer was struggling pre-pandemic.
And now, it says it's no longer sure if it can continue operating for another year due to the impact of COVID-19.
Le Chateau has 129 stores in eight provinces and some manufacturing operations.
The company is in negotiations with its existing lenders and seeking new sources of financing to try to stay afloat.
