Chair Girl and Hedley frontman in court today
A couple of high profile criminal cases in court today.
Jacob Hoggard, the frontman for the band Hedley is due in court again this morning on three sex related charges allegedly involving a woman and a teenager.
Hoggard's trial is set for next January.
Meantime, the woman known as Chair Girl will be sentenced today.
Marcella Zoia pleaded guilty in November to mischief causing danger to life after she was caught on video tossing a chair off the balcony of a highrise building near the Gardiner Expressway earlier this year.
The crown is asking for a six month prison sentence.
