Company buys two retirement communities in Niagara
A company with roots in Niagara is buying two retirement communities in the region.
Oxford Living is buying Lundy Manor in Niagara Falls, Garrison Place in Fort Erie, and four other Ontario retirement residences from Revera.
Chief Revenue Officer for Oxford Living, Tim Foster says he started the company and raised the money from his living room in Niagara Falls.
He says the company is focused on making more acquisitions in Niagara.
Currently, Oxford Living already owns retirement communities in London, Windsor, and Thunder Bay.
