Four Niagara libraries will forgive late fees for kids
Four libraries in Niagara are offering fine forgiveness for children's material.
Officials with libraries in Fort Erie, Pelham, Niagara-On-The-Lake, and Lincoln have decided to eliminate late fees for kids books and dvds.
