Ghost tours return to Old Fort Erie
A Halloween tradition is returning to Old Fort Erie, an area known as Canada's bloodiest battlefield.
Costumed historical interpreters will guide guests around the fort by lamplight, sharing the stories of those who died within its walls and the ghosts rumoured to still lurk there.
The ghost tours will be happening on October 19, 25, and 26.
Tours begin at 7:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m., and 8 p.m. in addition to the burning of a Guy Fawkes effigy at 8:30 p.m. each night.
The tours are suitable for all ages and guests are encouraged to dress for all types of weather.
Admission is $15 for adults, $9.50 for children between 6 - 12, and free for season pass holders.
Reservations are available through niagaraparks.com/events or by calling the Fort at 905-871-0540.
