'Icy' who has been described as Niagara's ugliest dog has not received a single adoption application

He could be the ugliest dog ever put up for adoption in Niagara, but he will make a very good friend.

That's according to Kevin Strooband from the Lincoln County Humane Society in St. Catharines.

Strooband says some people come into the shelter and want the 'ugliest' dog, he says now they have one for those people.

'Icy' has not received any applications for adoption, which is unusual for the animal shelter.

Strooband says he really is a terrific dog, and will be someone's best friend, plus no one will ever try to steal him. (joking)

Icy is a terrier mix, who is about medium size, and is available for adoption.

The five year old male dog was part of an animal cruelty case which is under investigation.

Icy has not received a single application since becoming available for adoption! Please share this video so Icy can find...
