Migrant farm worker dies in Windsor from COVID-19
The death of a migrant farm worker in Windsor is under investigation by the province's chief coroner.
The 30 year old worker died Saturday after testing positive for COVID-19 May 21st.
Health officials say the man was self isolating in a local hotel when he passed away.
There are a number of ongoing outbreaks at farms in Ontario.
The hardest hit, is a farm in Haldimand Norfolk, where 164 people have now tested positive for the virus.
Closer to home, 20 workers at Pioneer Flower Farms in St. Catharines also have the coronavirus.
