Niagara Falls searches for lifeguards and swim instructors
A lifeguard shortage across the region is expected to continue this summer.
The city of Niagara Falls is currently taking applications for lifeguards and swim instructors to staff its five outdoor pools.
Successful applicants will earn $16.29 an hour.
The shortage of qualified aquatics staff can lead to reduced opening hours at municipal pools.
