Niagara Regional Police charge seven drivers with alleged impaired driving
Niagara Regional Police have charged seven people with alleged impaired driving.
These people were charged between June 29th and July 5th.
Of the seven people, five are from Niagara, including a a man in his 70s from Welland.
The following individuals have been charged criminally with impaired driving by alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 mgs or above of alcohol in 100 ml of blood, or refusing to provide a breath / blood sample.

Thomas D. MULLIGAN 28 years, Niagara Falls
Eyner M. GUZMAN 36 years, North York
Christopher J. WHALEN 31 years, St. Catharines
Maria KEMP 55 years, Niagara Falls
