Nine new cases of COVID-19 in Niagara


Niagara Region Public Health have confirmed nine new cases of COVID-19.

To date, Niagara has had 1156 cases of the virus, with 945 resolved, and 65 deaths.

Currently, Niagara has 146 active cases of COVID-19 and ten active outbreaks. 

Five of the active outbreaks are in health care facilities, with four being considered community related, and one congregate setting outbreak.

Niagara Falls has the most active cases in the region.
