No new cases of COVID-19 in Niagara, St. Catharines has the most active cases
Niagara Region Public Health is reporting no new cases of COVID-19 in the region.
Of the region's 719 cases to date, 574 have been resolved and 61 patients have died.
In total, Niagara has 84 active cases of COVID-19.
The bulk of Niagara's active cases are in St. Catharines.
This is most likely due to the outbreak at Pioneer Flower Farms, which is affecting at least 60 people.
199 of Niagara's cases of the virus have been people between the ages of 20-39.
