NPEI launches legitimate phone survey
If you live in Niagara Falls, Lincoln, West Lincoln or Pelham don't be suprised if you get a phone call from a market research firm called UtilityPULSE .
They're conducting a legitimate phone survey for Niagara Peninsula Energy.
NPEI is conducting an electrical safety awareness survey for customers to guage the public's knowledge about electrical safety practices.
Anybody who is over the age of 18 and living within the NPEI service territory may be asked to complete the survey.
You will not be asked to provide your account, financial or other personal information and the calls should last no longer than 15 minutes.
The survey is required under the company’s license as a distributor of electricity with the Ontario Energy Board.
The survey is now underway and will continue for several weeks.
