NRP locate vehicle believed to be involved in hit and run in St. Catharines
Niagara Regional Police have found the vehicle believed to be involved in a hit and run in St. Catharines yesterday.
On Tuesday just after midnight a 51 year old cyclist was hit by a vehicle travelling on Welland Avenue east of Grantham.
At the time, police said they were looking for a white Lexus and are now thanking members of the public who helped them find it.
NRP have not disclosed whether they have located the owner or driver of the vehicle but say the investigation is continuing.
They are still appealing for anyone with information in the case to give them a call.
The cyclist struck was transported to hospital with suspected life-threatening injuries.
