Price of oil is up again the morning on world markets

Drivers may have noticed gas prices are slowing inching their way buck up to the $1.00 mark, in fact a litre of regular gas is selling around 92 cents.

Well, it's all because of OPEC.

Saudi Arabia surprised markets this morning after committing to cut production by another one million barrels and day.

That sent the international benchmark crude up 33 cents a barrel and West Texas Intermediate crude up 63 cents, to $24.77 a barrel.
