Some CFL players are wearing foam covers on helmets
Some CFL players are sporting protective foam covers on their helmets in practices this season.
They're called Guardian Caps and they're designed to reduce the force of head collisions.
The extra foam makes players' heads look extra large.
Mike Rose of the Calgary Stampeders says they look really goofy, but he recognizes they're aimed at reducing concussions.
