St. Catharines auto worker wins $1 million with Lotto Max MaxMillions
Kiven Armstrong of St. Catharines won the million dollar MaxMillions prize in the November 30th draw.
The 46-year-old auto worker went to buy toilet paper and stopped to check his ticket.
Armstrong says he thought he'd won $1,000.
The married, father of three plans on taking his family on a cruise, installing a pool, setting the kids up with an education fund and paying off the mortgage.
He say it was his first big win and never thought this would happen.
Armstrong calls it "just unbelievable."
The winning ticket was purchased at Avondale Macturnball on Macturnball Drive in St. Catharines.
