The Big Move Cancer ride exceeds goal
The Walker Family Cancer Centre is getting a big boost thanks to all the cyclists who took to the road for The Big Move Cancer Ride.
More than 500 cyclists took part in the 11th annual event yesterday with a goal of raising $300,000.
According to the official website, that goal has been surpassed by almost $28,000.
The top three fundraising teams are listed as the Walker Family Cancer Centre Cycles, the Brock University Cyclones, and the CMH Auto Superstore.
