UPDATE | Severe thunderstorm warning cancelled for Niagara
A severe thunderstorm warning has been cancelled for Niagara.
Environment Canada issued the alert at 3:30 p.m. saying there is a chance of a severe thunderstorm early this evening.
The warning was cancelled shortly before 4 p.m.
There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight, but it will clear overnight with some smoke from the wildfires expected to move into the region.
