Municipal Administration Office Reopened
The Municipal Administration Office at 21 Trowbridge Street West has reopened to the public. For the safety of our staff and community, we ask that you follow these safety protocols when visiting the office:
- Stay home if you are sick
- Capacity is reduced – only 1 person or 1 family unit may enter the front area at a time
- Line up using the sidewalk markers to ensure physical distancing
- Use the hand sanitizer provided when entering and leaving the building
- Wear a mask in accordance with MOH Order
- Pay with Credit or Debit
- Washroom facilities are not available
Plexi-glass barriers have been installed at the front counter, and staff have been provided with personal protective equipment. The front counter will be facilitating quick transactions and inquiries such as payments for property taxes, utilities, and other fees, filing of applications (ie. Building and Planning). Marriage licences and commissioning is available by appointment.
For longer interactions with staff, please call 519-538-1060 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment with the applicable staff at an alternate facility. Payments and documents can also continue to be submitted through the drop box to the left of the front door.
