Impaired driver crashes vehicle in Carrick
On January 8, at 11:15 p.m South Bruce OPP received a report a single vehicle crash along Concession 14 in Carrick Township.
Officers arrived to find that the vehicle had left the roadway and rolled over before coming to rest in the ditch.
The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol.
Kenneth COWTAN, 52-years-old, of Brant Township has been charged with Impaired Driving, Refuse Breath Sample, Drive while Prohibited, Drive while Suspended and Fail to Wear Seatbelt.
He is scheduled to appear in court on January 29, 2020 to answer to the charges.
There were no injuries reported at the scene.
