Actions Taken In the Past 24 Hours:

 

  •        Media Release Medical Officer of Health Renews Order - Face Coverings in Indoor Public Places in Grey Bruce
  •        Media Release COVID-19 Contact Tracing - More than a Phone Call
  •        Receive and review re-opening plans for locations closed due to COVID-19 including inspections, as required
  • Continue to monitor high risk international travellers within Grey and Bruce,  in partnership with local enforcement agencies, Border Services, and the Compliance and Enforcement, Centre for Biosecurity of the Public Health Agency of Canada, to ensure quarantine rules are monitored as required
  • GBHU Infectious Disease (ID) Team continue with case and contact management, reporting, and responding to COVID-19 related calls. Contact tracing exceeds provincial targets with 100% of all cases contacted within 24 hours
  • GBHU Team continue to ensure essential public health activities not related to COVID-19
