PEARL JAM: Superbaseball Promomoon
Major League Baseball’s 60-game regular season starts this week -- and Pearl Jam is helping. They've shot promos for opening day, including one featuring the song, "Superblood Wolfmoon," off Gigaton, that premiered Monday on the MLB Network. The spot ties the "unusual phenomenon" of a super blood wolf moon to the strangeness of a baseball season that gets underway Thursday, in which games will be played in empty stadiums with cardboard cut-outs of fans in the stands.
Indigo Girls have released the second video off their new album, Look Long -- "Change My Heart." The clip advocates individualism in a world where conformity is increasingly being monitored. It's also on the heels of last week's free "all dedication" benefit live-stream, and now the Girls have added a second one for Facebook Live August 6th.
"I Do Believe I Love You," was a demo David Bowie recorded in 1966. It’s going up for auction on Friday in Chippenham, England. Auctioneer Martin Hughes tells us: “As one of only a few people in the world who have heard the recording, I am still amazed that this musical treasure has been uncovered after all of these years. "I Do Believe I Love You" is expected to sell for $6,300.
