ADOPTED! HTZ HOUNDZ: Adoptable Dog of the Week - Mya
Howdy HTZ Nation, hope everyone is well. It's not too often we get HTZ Houndz pups who are still just that, puppies. I adopted my rescue dog at 10 months old, and today I have a sweet girl who is around the same age. Meet Mya from Niagara Dog Rescue.
Mya is an 8 month old lab mix who weighs just over 50 lbs. Her foster tells us she has a wonderful personality and loves all the other farm animals on the property where she is staying for now. She is good with other dogs, cats and kids, making her the perfect dog for any family out there. She has alot of puppy energy still, so we'd love for her to go to an active home.
While Mya does have high energy, she understands that everyone needs there downtime in which case, she loves to cuddle up with her people. Her foster has also been using a scavenger hunt game with her toys to help her burn off some energy. Mya is also crate trained, and walks well on a harness and leash.
Mya sounds like a really incredible dog, read more about her by clicking here. You can also click here to apply to adopt her, I'm sure she won't have too wait long to meet her lucky family. If that ends up being you and your family, be sure to visit our friends at Vansickle Pet Valu and Lundy's Lane Pet Valu.
