Hey HTZ Nation, Jonathon here with another HTZ Hounds article for you. This week I feel lucky to be helping not just one but two dogs find their forever homes in the Niagara Region. From Niagara Dog Rescue, here is Rex and Rocky.

They are a bonded pair of German Shepherds. As such, they need to be adopted together. They are both 3 years old and about 85 lbs. Rocky has more energy, where as Rex is a bit more relaxed. They need to go to a house with a fenced in yard.

Rex and Rocky's ideal family would have older children, preferably in their teens. in the house because of their size and energy. They are great with adults, they will bark when meeting new people but settle after recieving some pets. Both Rex and Rocky will benefit from training with their new owner. German Shepherds are incredibly smart and active, these two are no different. Previous experience with German Shepherd's or any kind of working dog would be a great asset for an owner to have.
