Fur-Ever Home Fridays
99.9 BOB FM is proud to support the Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter - Manitoba’s first registered, non-profit, no-kill animal shelter.
Together we want to ensure every pet has a chance to find their fur-ever home.
Each week we highlight a few adorable adoptable pets now at Winnipeg Pet Rescue Shelter.
Here are this weeks 99.9 BOB FM Featured Adoptables;
Maui was relinquished to the shelter by his owner in November only one day before his 3rd birthday and has been waiting patiently for his new family to come find him. Maui is a sweet but independent cat who would do best in a quiet home with no small children. He would need to be the only pet because he isn’t fond of other cats and hasn’t been around dogs but he does love to snuggle with his humans. He is a cuddly boy who would love nothing more than to be part of a family again. Come meet Maui so he can show you some love!
Sergio found himself at the shelter in December when his owner was forced to relinquish him for financial reasons. He is 5.5 years old and just loves people! He isn’t good with dogs but with proper introduction, he is good with some other cats. Sergio has never been around children so we aren’t sure if he’d enjoy their typical high energy but he would do well with older children. If you think Sergio would be a good fit for your family, come on down to the shelter and meet him. He’d be pretty happy about it!
