T.I. CHALLENGES 50 CENT TO A VERZUZ BATTLE: Yesterday (July 6th), T.I. took to Instagram to challegenge 50 Cent to a VERZUZ battle. The King of the South said in a video, "For your birthday, I offer you a challenge, sir. Pull your ass up with 20 of your records. Sit across from me, man, and get this work, man. But I understand if you don't want to answer to that challenge 'cause last time you got challenged, Kanye West dusted your ass off. Guess who ain't scared of your motherfu**in' ass, 50." He added, "Pull on up, 50. Bring your ass on outside, Fif. Bring your hit records with you. You and Dr. Dre and Eminem and all y'all, G-Unit, y'all bring your ass on out. Come on and see the King." Of course, 50 had to respond. He said, "yo somebody passed TI the weed they gave smokey in Friday. LOL." T.I. responded, "I see the birthday boy got my message so he knows. He didn't accept that challenge though… He heard us and he acknowledged that he received the message."

DRAKE IS 80% DONE WITH HIS ALBUM: This past weekend, Drake revealed to his fans that his sixth studio album is almost done. in an Instagram Story. the rapper shared a photo of himself with "80%" over the image. He previously told fans about the project, "my 6th STUDIO ALBUM DROPPING SUMMER 2020!!! Lucky number 6 😈 soon fwd."

REMY MA AND PAPOOSE HAVE ANOTHER BABY ON THE WAY: Papoose has announced that he and wife Remy Ma are expecting their second child together. During an interview on Fox Soul with Claudia Jordan, the rapper was discussing the coronavirus pandemic and said, "I love being with my family. I get to spend so much time with my amazing wife and my amazing daughter. I'm just making the best out of it, and we're moving forward. Some good things are coming out of this. We're going to have a new child real soon." The two welcomed their daughter Reminisce Mackie in December 2018.

JUICE WRLD'S POSTHUMOUS ALBUM 'LEGENDS NEVER DIE' DUE OUT THIS WEEK: On Friday (July 10th), Juice WRLD's posthumous album Legends Never Die will be released. The announcement was made in a trailer, which features unreleased footage of Juice delivering a somber freestyle alongside his girlfriend Ally Lotti. The new single "Life's A Mess" featuring Halsey was released as well.
