Meek Mill, Rapsody and Meghan Trainor are the first advocates of the Roc Nation and the NFL’s Inspire Change apparel line and the Songs of the Season initiative. According to TMZ, as part of their partnership with the organization, all three artists will perform a free concert at Chicago’s Grant Park on September 5th during the NFL Kickoff Experience, with a portion of Meek and Meghan’s performances airing during a 40-minute pre-televised game.

According to a press release, Inspire Change will fund Inspire Change programs throughout the country. Proceeds from the initiative will go towards “economic empowerment, police and community relations, and criminal justice reform."

Songs of the Season is a “multi-tier season-long initiative” that will display superstars and new artists, and combine their records with NFL promotions. The songs will be released on streaming platforms and those proceeds will also go to the Inspire Change program.

In other news, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer, Meek has received his own street in his hometown during Made in America weekend. Meek Mill Street is located on North 22nd Street and Ben Franklin Parkway in Philly. The street sign will only be in Philadelphia through Sunday for the festival.
