Okanagan's real estate bubble is real

COVID-19 hasn't spoiled the party when it comes to real estate market in the Central Okanagan.

The average price of a residential home last month was just under 725 thousand dollars.

That's 5 percent higher than April of last year.

The only thing that changed was the time it took to sell a home.

It took 63 days last month, but only 56 days in April of 2019.
