Windsor-Essex has been the home of Patty for most of her life (except for a few school years in Toronto). An early start in politics, as a legislative page at Queen's Park, she knew she wanted to be around it - and covering politics and other issues for news became her calling. Patty has been on-air at CKLW for more than 30 years - as a D.J., Show Host, News Reporter and News Anchor. Over the years she has covered and interviewed local newsmakers, celebrities, several Prime Ministers, U.S. Presidents and even the Queen. She is also a pyrotechnician who designs and supervises fireworks shows around Ontario. And she's the past-president of the Ontario Wine Society Windsor-Essex chapter - learning about wine one glass at a time. News, fireworks and wine - an explosive combination but one that suits her personality.
