The Amherstburg Admirals are looking to snap a two game losing streak.

They head to Lakeshore on Friday to battle the first place Canadiens at the Atlas Tube Centre.

Amherstburg is coming off back to back losses against Mooretown and Petrolia.

Admirals captain Broden Meloche says they have to be ready to play right when the puck drops.

"Obviously they're a very good team and they've been very successful this year, definitely got to come out and play tight defence and play a full 60 minutes for sure," says Meloche.

He says they haven't picked up a win against Lakeshore this season but the games have been tight.

"Every game has been an one goal game except for our first game of the year against them so I mean it's been pretty close so we'll see how it goes," says Meloche.

The last time these two teams played was back on January 5th, with Lakeshore putting up a 3-2 win.

Game time is set for 7:30pm.
