Pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries in Windsor crash

The Windsor Police Traffic Reconstruction Unit is investigating a crash that sent a pedestrian to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

On Dec. 3, shortly after 6 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Everts Avenue, not far from Norfolk Street, for a report of a collision.

Investigators learned that a vehicle travelling northbound on Everts struck a pedestrian from behind.

A 35-year-old was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
