Police release video of missing woman
Windsor police are stepping up efforts to locate a missing woman.
Police have now released a video of 54-year-old Lian Qin walking on a city sidewalk.
As AM800 news reported on Wednesday, Qin was last seen around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday morning in the area of the 800-block of Dawson.
She was last seen wearing a blue or black jacket and Adidas shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
