Saints Stomp on Lions


The New Orleans Saints scored 35 consecutive points as they took down the Lions 35-29 in Detroit.

Tre'Quan Smith caught two touchdowns for New Orleans, which overcame an early 14-0 deficit.

Latavius Murray rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns for the Saints.  

Drew Brees threw for 246 yards, two touchdowns and an interception for the Saints, who move to 2-and-2.  

Matthew Stafford threw for 206 yards, three touchdowns and an interception for the Lions.  

Kenny Golladay, D'Andre Swift and T.J. Hockenson caught touchdowns for Detroit, which is 1-and-3.
