The Windsor Spitfires will go up against their rivals, the London Knights, when they host them at the WFCU Centre this evening.

This is the first time this season the two teams will play one another.

The Spitfires are coming off back-to-back losses against the Soo Greyhounds over the past weekend, losing 3-2 on Saturday evening, and falling 5-2 to the Soo on Sunday afternoon in Sault Ste. Marie.

Overall the Knights sit in fifth, with a 9-5-0-1 record, while Windsor sits in last place out of all 20 teams with a 4-10-1-0 record.

The Spits will be without defenceman Josef Eichler as he was suspended for two games, tonight being his second game sitting.

Windsor will also be without defenceman James Jodoin as he was released from the Spitfires, and has signed with the Trenton Golden Hawks of the Ontario Junior Hockey League.

Puck drop tonight is set for 7:05 p.m., with the AM800 pre-game show with Steve Bell getting underway at 6:50 p.m.
