Weapons, Drugs and Cash Seized in Windsor
Weapons, drugs and cash have all been seized as part of a Windsor police investigation.
Back in September, police launched an investigation into an operation of suspected drug trafficking and identified two people believed to be involved.
Just before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, two suspects were arrested without incident and police searched a home, a motel room in the city and a vehicle.
As a result of the searches, investigators located and seized fentanyl, crystal meth, hydromorphone, morphine, brass knuckles, a switchblade knife and over $50,000 in Canadian cash.
A 39-year-old man and 30-year-old woman, both from Windsor, are facing multiple charges.
