Windsor Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges
A guilty plea to child porn charges in a Windsor court.
Harvey Ouellette, 54, has pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of child porn.
The Windsor Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit began its investigation in June 2018 and looked into a suspect online sharing child pornography.
Investigators obtained a search warrant at a home on Jefferson Boulevard in September 2018 and arrested a suspect.
Even with the plea, Ouellette has not admitted to any facts in court.
A pre-sentence report has been ordered and a date for sentencing is set for October.
