Man jumps counter, steals cash from Dartmouth bank

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a robbery Wednesday morning in Dartmouth.

Officers were called to the Scotiabank on Portland Street around 10:15 a.m.

Police say the suspect jumped the counter and took cash from the teller.

There were no weapons seen and no injuries reported.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 50s wearing sunglasses, a black hat, green camouflage jacket, jeans, and carrying a black duffle bag.
