Charges laid following Fall River collision

A 64-year-old woman is facing traffic violation charges following a collision involving a motorcycle and an SUV in Fall River.

The Mounties say they responded to the collision at 5:35 p.m. on Thursday.

They say the northbound SUV was turning left and a motorcycle which was travelling southbound on Fall River Road struck the SUV.

The driver of the SUV was charged under the Nova Scotia Motor Vehicle Act for Failing to Yield When Making a Left Turn on the Highway.
