Driver charged with stunting on Highway 103


The RCMP say a man has been charged with stunting for driving 90 km/h over the posted speed limit.

Police say RCMP Southeast Traffic Services stopped a vehicle traveling 190 km/h in a 100km/h zone on Highway 103 in Blockhouse around 7:00 p.m. Thursday.

RCMP say a 29 year-old male driver from Labelle in Queen's County was charged with stunting and the vehicle was towed.

Police say the man's drivers license was suspended for seven days and he was handed a fine of $2,422.50.
