No new cases of COVID-19 in N.S. for ninth day running
There are no new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.
Thursday marks the ninth straight day where no new cases have been reported.
The microbiology lab at the QEII Health Sciences Centre completed 580 Nova Scotia tests on Wednesday and is operating 24 hours.
Government says there are just two active cases as of today.
Both of those individuals are in hospital, one in ICU.
To date, Nova Scotia has 1,061 confirmed cases, 50,240 negative tests, and 62 deaths.
997 people have recovered from COVID-19 and their cases are considered resolved.
There are no licensed long-term care homes in Nova Scotia with active cases of COVID-19.
