No new cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia Wednesday, one active case remains

No new cases of COVID-19 have been reported for a week in Nova Scotia after no new cases of the virus were identified on Tuesday.

To date, the province has 60,702 negative test results, 1,067 positive COVID-19 cases and 63 deaths.

There is one active case of COVID-19 remaining in the province.

The QEII Health Sciences Centre's microbiology lab completed 528 Nova Scotia tests on Tuesday.

Government says there are no licensed long-term care homes in the province with active cases of COVID-19.
