Amherst Police say a traffic stop last week has led to numerous drug-related charges against two people.

Police seized open liquor, illegal tobacco, methamphetamine pills, crystal meth, cannabis, various prescription pills, and a large amount of cash.

Thirty-one-year-old Ann Landry of Amherst is charged with six counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, identified by police as morphine, and possession of cannabis for the purpose of selling.

A 24-year-old man is also facing charges, including possession of a controlled substance, identified as crystal meth.

The incident led to the execution of search warrants for the vehicle and a residence in Amherst.
