RCMP, Halifax Regional Police release latest COVID-19 enforcement stats


The Nova Scotia RCMP and Halifax Regional Police (HRP) have released their latest COVID-19 enforcement statistics.

In a release, the RCMP say they have charged six people for offences under the Nova Scotia Health Protection and Emergency Management Acts since May 5.

To date, the Mounties have charged 205 people with offences related to the provincial State of Emergency in Nova Scotia.

HRP say they have not issued a ticket for violations of the Health Protection Act or Emergency Management Act since they last reported figures on May 5.
