Hamilton is ready to welcome Canada's most iconic sporting event along with fans from coast to coast at the Canadian Football League's 110th Grey Cup at Tim Hortons Field on Sunday, November 19th. We're celebrating with a whole walkable festival, so starting Thursday, November 16th, head down to Fan Central on James Street North to enjoy over 40 free concerts, food, art, Christmas market, and football-themed activities.
 


2023 GREY CUP FESTIVAL: BUILT IN THE HAMMER

Thursday, November 16th to Saturday, November 18th

Fan Central on James Street North: over 40 free concerts, food, and art as well as football-themed activities at the Canadian Armed Forces Fan Zone inside the John Weir Foote Armoury and the Telus Kick for Good Courtyard. 

 


Thursday, November 16Community Race to the Cup presented by FirstOntario Credit Union, 10:30am – 12:00, partnership with Around the Bay Road Race, Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board, and Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board, 1km race from Gage Park to Tim Hortons Field for 2,000 students 

 


Friday, November 17:  Carrie Underwood to headline Friday night of the Built in the Hammer Grey Cup Music Festival at Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre


Saturday, November 18: Grey Cup Santa Claus Parade at 11am
 


Game day: Sunday, November 19th @ 6pm

- 2:00PM to 5:00PM, Neighbourhood Block Party  Outdoor Tailgate party, free for 110th Grey Cup ticket holders. Live entertainment, food and beverage, fully licensed with headline Monster Truck

- 2:00PM - 6:00PM, The Caretaker's Gameday Warmup hosted by the TigerTown Council presented by Cooper Equipment Rentals. Live performance by Dwayne Gretzky, food provided by Hamilton's own Jonny Blonde catering company, pre-game destination for CFL players and Alumni.
