Vanessa Murphy and Paul Riley from the Riley Divorce and Family Law Firm talk about an upcoming webinar -

Divorcing Generational Trauma (Divorce Coaching Workshop)

    What is Generational Trauma?

How does generational trauma effect our intimate relationships?

How can we avoid passing generational trauma down our own children?

What are some things we can do to change the limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns passed along to us from our parents or grandparents' generation?

Monday, June 5th at 7:00 p.m. (Online via Zoom) for our complimentary Divorce Coaching Session with Kathy Maloney, Relationship Transition Coach.

Coach Kathy will be talking about divorcing generational trauma; how to break up with habits and beliefs that are no longer serving you, so that you can go on to lead a peaceful, happy life.

The focus of this session will be on releasing the subconscious way we've operated in relationships based on our cultural and familial upbringing. It's about acknowledging that a lot of our fears, habits and thought patterns are anchored in the way we've been influenced by people who have raised us.

Once we take the time to understand how the generations before us have influenced us, we can focus on what patterns of behaviour we want to shift or create in our lives today.
